We stand behind the quality of our work. Labor performed by Sunday Spec Custom Carts is covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty from the date the job is completed.

If an issue is caused by our installation, wiring, setup, or other workmanship, we will correct it at no labor charge. This warranty covers our work only and does not replace or extend any manufacturer warranty on batteries, motors, controllers, chargers, accessories, or other parts.

Manufacturer defects, normal wear, accidents, misuse, improper charging, water damage, overloading, outside modifications, and failures unrelated to our work are not covered. If another repair or modification causes or contributes to a failure, that issue is also excluded.

The cart must be returned to Sunday Spec for inspection before warranty coverage can be determined. Diagnostic charges may apply, but will be waived or refunded if the issue is confirmed to be covered by our workmanship warranty. Transportation, towing, pickup/delivery, and repairs performed elsewhere are not covered unless approved by us in writing beforehand.

Performance upgrades can increase stress on factory components, so we cannot guarantee unrelated parts against failure simply because they were used with an upgraded system.

Applicable manufacturer warranties remain subject to the manufacturer’s own terms and conditions.
